The European Commission FP7- funded FoodRisC project (Food Risk Communication: perceptions and communication of food risk/benefits across Europe ), in conjunction with the European Food Safety Authority, organised the project’s final conference in Brussels on 12 September 2013. This event highlighted key research results from the past three years, and was of interest to food communicators, regulators, food and drink industry, journalists, social scientists, nutritionists, and health professionals such as dietitians.
